The room had no outside window and was on the ground floor, so mornings were noisy. It was set up for one person even though we booked for two, with just one set of towels and welcome items. The beds were single beds priced as doubles, and the sheets were too short for two people. We also couldn't pay by credit card, which was inconvenient given the amount. The owner was dishonest and disrespectful, and customer service was terrible. For the same price, I'd seriously look elsewhere. Other places at least treat you decently as a customer.

Breakfast was supposed to run from 7:00 to 8:30 on the second day, but at 7:20 there was no staff around and we couldn't eat. The owner never admitted the booking mistake and showed no understanding of customer service. We had reserved a double room but got a single: the bed was only 120 cm wide and 180 cm long, especially uncomfortable for two when one of us is 1.95 m tall. The duvet didn't cover two, so we slept with just the bedspread. The card terminal also didn't work, leaving us to pay €130 in cash. The photos were misleading, and the manager refused to acknowledge it. This hotel is a scam with appalling service.
