The rooms are very humid, but the location is good and the staff are extremely nice.

The kitchen staff were pleasant and accommodating, but the rest of the stay was troubling. We arrived with a confirmed rate of 200000 pesos, then they doubled it to 400000pesos. The rooms were noisy and didn't match the photos. Once we got home, we found our card had been charged for days we hadn't stayed. I reported it as a fraudulent charge. BEWARE.

A comfortable, clean hotel with staff who couldn't be friendlier or more attentive. I'd recommend it 100%.

Coming in at night, I found a warm bed waiting, thanks to the hot water bottle they provide. It really feels like home. The service is unbeatable, breakfast is very good, and the panela water with cheese at night is delicious. I really appreciate the attention from the ladies who work at the hotel.
