There's safe parking for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles in the underground garage. My room was immaculately clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hot shower was excellent.

The mattresses are terrible, and the towels and blankets are poor. It's noisy, parking is difficult, and the area feels very dangerous. One of the worst hotels in Pasto.

The hotel is okay, but the surrounding area isn't a good place to stay with your family.

Clean place for an overnight stop if you're traveling the next day. The bathrooms are spacious, and the blankets are good for the cold. The hallway lights stay on, so you hear guests making noise when they arrive, and conversations at reception carry up to the second floor. Still, it's okay.
