The room we got was on the 3rd floor, with no kitchenette or coffee pot. When I booked, the listing said everything was on the ground floor and that the room had both. Breakfast was free, but it was served on the 4th floor in a kitchen shared with the other guests.

The staff were great, super friendly, and the neighborhood felt safe. The hot water was really hot 👌🏽. Breakfast in the morning was nice, and they had a decent amount of snacks available late at night. Great value, and I'd definitely recommend staying here.

It's a quiet, clean place, and the service was exceptional. Juan Carlos, the person in charge, and the ladies who keep everything clean and serve the fresh, delicious breakfast all made us feel welcome and went beyond expectations. I highly recommend booking here. Pasto is a very safe place.

The breakfast was out of this world, and the counter staff were very nice. The rooms are well designed, with hot water and cable. It's also very convenient for transportation.
