Hotel Casa Galeras

The location was good, and the rooms were nice.

We ended up going somewhere else because the noise was so bad. The decor was all right, and maybe it would be okay if you don't mind a lot of noise.

The room door was open with the light on when we got back around 10:00 p. m. on January 5, which put our belongings' safety in question. When we reported it, the staff were defensive and disrespectful instead of offering a proper explanation or solution. Their response added to an already awful stay with my family in Pasto for the Carnaval de Blancos y Negros. We paid $4.300.000 for two rooms, both so cramped it was hard to move around. The room photos online didn't match what we found, which felt misleading given the high price and poor quality of the services. The television wasn't working when we arrived, and although we asked several times, it took two nights to get it fixed. Staff were rude, arrogant, and unprofessional on several occasions. We found the whole experience deeply disappointing and wouldn't recommend Hotel Casa Galeras in Pasto, Nariño, Colombia. The price doesn't make sense for the service we received. Think carefully before booking, we won't be back.

I wouldn't recommend staying here. The breakfast fell short of what was advertised, and we got the same menu every day with no variety. The room was left unlocked after I went out one day, and the hotel never accepted responsibility. We asked repeatedly to speak to management and got no reply. The rooms themselves were much smaller than the advertising suggested, so cramped it was hard to move around.
