The staff were great and helped with all the questions we had as tourists. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and there’s a shop nearby for essentials, plus covered parking. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the center and the Carnival route, so it’s not especially close. I liked being away from the busy center, though, and could get a comfortable rest. A good choice for Carnival season.

I’m leaving Pasto with lovely memories of the city and the week I spent here. The location felt just right, the rooms were spacious, clean, and pleasant, and the price was excellent for what I got. Don Ramiro was kind and dedicated, Miss Lizeth was such a good and caring person, and Doña Elena always kept an eye on cleanliness and what guests needed. Young Darío has put together a great team that works seamlessly with customers. Thank you all for everything. May God reward and continue to bless you.

The place felt welcoming and the service was good. What bothered me was the unclear pricing. It seems they charge extra because they have to pay a commission to whoever brings you there or recommends the place. That commission should be paid by the hotel, not the customer. A tip or small gift to the person giving directions is personal and voluntary. Otherwise, you might end up being charged for the taxi, a cigarette, a soda the person who brings you has, lunch, or even a tip. My advice is to use GPS. It’s free.

There are bars and similar places all around, so the area doesn’t feel very touristy. Still, we had a pretty good time, and the rooms were comfortable.
