Flight delays meant we never made it to Finca Hotel Yerbabuena, but their customer service was outstanding. Fabian Antonio Botero from Customer Service kept in touch with us on whatsapp throughout our trip from Spain to Pereira, even at night, and arranged a transfer while we still hoped to arrive before check-out. We had a non-refundable booking, but given what happened, they chose not to charge us for missing the stay. I hope we get another chance to visit. If this is how they treat guests who can't make it, I can only imagine how welcoming it is on site. Thank you so much for understanding!

The pool and breakfast areas are beautiful, and there’s a grocery store and several restaurants just a minute's walk away. The hotel is just outside the city, about seven minutes from the airport, and my Superior room was good. The one problem was the cold water. The heater is on the roof, and the solar setup doesn't come close to keeping it warm. Those cold showers were rough.

The pool, jacuzzi, and spa area were all super nice, and the views from the rooms are fantastic, especially in the rooms with AC. The rooms themselves were amazing. There's also a big salon that works well for events. Everyone's service was the best. The one thing they don't offer is room service.

We had the best time in Pereira. The property is beautiful, the food is good, and everyone was so kind and helpful. We also met the owner's two dogs, who were very sweet and friendly!
