I waited more than three hours for a room after arriving, and there was no clear fix or useful help while I waited. Check-in felt disorganized from the start. The reception staff and others came across as unfriendly, sometimes rude, and not interested in helping. The room wasn’t fully clean either. I had booked a balcony room through Booking.com, but they didn’t honor that booking unless I paid an extra fee. Breakfast arrived cold, and the sauna, an advertised amenity, wasn’t working. The experience fell short of what I expect from a hotel. They need to improve both the service and the quality of what they offer.

The dogs living there were the only nice part. The room was dirty, cold at night, and had no sheets or blankets. There was no order or hygiene in the common areas either. The TV was broken, and the bathroom was unpleasant and lacked amenities. Breakfast was painfully slow, unappetizing, and made with very low-quality food. I hope management reads this and improves the cleanliness, service, and attention. Guests deserve more respect than this.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone expecting even basic service and amenities. The room wasn’t clean enough, and from the start it had issues with the broken TV and lighting. I reported them promptly, but the staff never responded or fixed anything. The service was poor.

The food was mixed for me: breakfast was very good, but the “picada” we ordered for lunch wasn’t entirely pleasant. Check-out is at 11 am, which feels too early in low season and means leaving the room sooner than I think is reasonable. It’s a magical place with an incredible view, and you can really feel connected to nature. In my opinion it’s a bit far from the center, but it works well if you want to disconnect from the world.
