The staff were wonderful and around all the time. The water pressure was great, there was plenty of hot water, and the shower was bigger than I expected. The beds and pillows are quite firm. We killed two mosquitoes, and I got bitten a lot. Breakfast costs extra, four breakfasts came to 28k COP, and they don’t take credit cards, just so you know. There’s no AC, but the fan was enough.

We arrived late, and they kindly made arrangements for us. In the middle of the night, someone even went to the store next door to get us water. Everything was clean, and all the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were really happy at Hotel 9/25, enjoyed our stay, and would recommend the breakfast too. We’ll definitely return next time we’re in Pereira 😊

Dayana at reception was so kind and helpful. The room was clean, the water was hot, and bars and restaurants are very close, including two discos within walking distance. The district felt pretty safe. I had a great experience :d

They didn’t give me a blanket to sleep with, then called to claim I had stolen it or taken it with me.
