Room 18 was really comfortable for a couple, and the back of the hotel is a little quieter than the front. I stayed for a month, and the service was outstanding. The hotel is immaculate, and Isabel and the rest of the staff were always helpful. I was very pleased with my stay.

We were allowed into our room before the official check-in time, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It’s an affordable place to stay in an excellent downtown Pereira location. A very good option.

Nothing more to add, it was excellent in every way. I’ll definitely stay here whenever I’m back. Book it and see for yourself.

For me, this is still the best value in downtown Pereira, and the service has been outstanding as always. The bathrooms could use some upkeep, especially the showers, where a few small problems keep coming back.
