The room felt modern and was exceptionally clean, with all the expected amenities. Service was excellent and the atmosphere very friendly. Zi one Pereira gave me a true luxury feel, and I’d absolutely recommend staying here.

The room was comfortable, and reception staff were kind and helpful. The restaurant service, though, was terrible. If you have to leave early in the morning, I wouldn't recommend staying here: they wouldn't accommodate any request for a takeaway breakfast, and their attitude was pretty poor.

The staff were amazing and welcoming, and the area was nice, though congested and loud. The rooms really need better soundproofing. I could hear conversations word for word, along with other things, which I’ve never experienced in a hotel.

On weekdays the noise from Zona Rosa eases somewhat after midnight, but on weekends the bar next door plays music so loudly it kept me awake until 3 a.m. I had Suite Deluxe #305, with a double jacuzzi on the terrace, yet still regretted each night that I hadn't picked one of the hotel's options outside the nightlife area. It's a newer hotel, but I wouldn't put myself through another stay there.
