The location and service were good, but the rooms are small and the beds aren't very comfortable.

The quiet was what surprised me most. I spent two nights at this small hotel on the second floor in downtown Pereira, and the staff were helpful from check-in through opening the door for me late at night. For a group, beds cost between 25,000 and 30,000 pesos per night, and families could stay here too. There are blankets, hot showers, flat-screen TVs with cable, and food is available if you want a snack in your room. You can use the hotel's computer as well.
