Spend time taking in the atmosphere, and try staying over a weekend if you want a surprise. The real draw is the Colombian coffee culture, so go for that rather than focusing too much on the hotel itself.

The beds could have been better, though the price was fairly reasonable. Staying here also gets you 10% off at "termales San Vicente ".

I’ve been back three times, in Dec 2016, May 2017, and Dec 2017, and the service is really nice. The old-fashioned furniture has that coffee paisa feel, and being here makes me feel at home. On my last visit, in Dec 2017, the restaurant was closed, so I missed out on its delicious paisa breakfast.

It’s a great spot, just a short walk from the city center.
