The smell was awful, with a constant stench from sewage and drains. The rooms were cleaned poorly, and the overall service was terrible. Inside, things were in bad shape: rotten refrigerators, a desk with no chair, no fan, and internet that didn't work.

I had a ring stolen during my stay, and when I reported it, they didn't respond. The manager wouldn't show up, and they didn't even review the security camera footage. I felt tourists were judged by their clothes from the moment they arrived. I'm making this complaint so it doesn't happen to someone else.
