The owner is really kind and helpful, and made our time in Pereira a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean. You're right downtown, very close to Park Bolivar. If you're visiting from another country, this is a perfect place to stay. I highly recommend it.

I would stay here again. Breakfast and parking are included in the room rate, and the room was clean, organized, and had everything I needed to relax. The desk and restaurant staff were attentive and polite. It's close to the city center and very quiet. My only suggestion is softer pillows, since these felt a little firm to me, though that's personal preference. Recommended, 10/10.

Breakfast came with the rate. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a very nice, roomy bathroom. The location is excellent.

I had a foreign friend with me, and the whole experience was terrible. They nearly sent him back to Manizales because he likes to smoke and his customs didn't fit with the other guests. The room was ugly, tiny, and windowless, yet the price was very high. I'd never recommend this hotel. A motel in Pereira would be better. Terrible! 👎🏻
