Breakfast was included and filling. The room had no view, but it was very clean and comfortable, with a nice big shower. It was a good place to sleep and rest, in a safe neighborhood. I'd stay here again.

The bed was small and hard, and while the fan helped, there's no AC. Wifi was good when it worked, but unstable. The place was spotless and a great value, with hot showers, a mini fridge, an elevator, a generous breakfast, and helpful staff. There were shelves and a desk too.

The downtown location puts you near museums and famous historic spots like the " naked Bolívar square", though coming back at night isn't so pleasant because of where it is. Taking a taxi is the best option. The hotel itself is very nice, with clean rooms, a big bathroom, great service and people, and delicious food. You can get breakfast in a tiny or biiiig size.

The hotel felt very clean and safe, and the shower had great hot water. Breakfast was basic but tasty, and the room was comfortable. Just don’t walk around nearby after 6pm, it didn’t feel safe, so use Uber.

The doors were the main downside. Whenever someone shut one, the sound carried across the whole floor. Otherwise, it’s in a great spot for getting around on foot, the staff were consistently welcoming, and breakfast had plenty of good options.
