The pools on the first floor cost extra for everyone, even though they’re in the same building as the hotel. I wish all the hotel pools were included for guests. Apart from that, it has a great location in Puerto Boyacá, reasonable prices, and excellent service. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and well equipped.

The service is good and it’s a very good hotel, but the pools are EXTREMELY DIRTY, absolutely disgusting. Please do something about that 👍

It was terrible. The rooms were really dirty, and the bathrooms were worse. The sheets and bath towels smelled awful. From our room the pool was visible, and the water looked filthy. The area was messy too, with an old, faded pool deck.

There’s only one waiter for the whole hotel, and getting a plate of pasta can take over an hour. I’d try to avoid the restaurant.
