I’ve stayed here a few times, but this visit was a letdown. The mattress was just a topper and was getting misshapen. There were bugs everywhere, the bathroom light kept flickering, the sink faucet was broken, and there was no soap holder in the tub, so I had to leave the soap on the floor. The curtain had no sheer layer, which meant I couldn’t open it without people seeing in. There was no privacy. I’ve had better rooms at motels costing less than half as much per night. The woman in the kitchen was rude, too.

The rooms facing the main road get quite noisy. For what they charge, I’d also expect a toiletries kit with decent soap and shampoo. Apart from that, it’s a very nice place to stay.

The hotel is on the main road between Puerto López and Puerto Gaitán, and there’s secure parking. Breakfast was good, the facilities are good, and the service was good too. It’s comfortable.
