Akasha suites

The prawns were incredible, and the ribs were finger-licking good. The chef came over to explain the Bao selection, which got our kids interested straight away. We loved every dish and drink we tried, and hope to leave room for dessert next time. We weren’t staying here, just eating at the restaurant. We’re usually picky, especially our two kids, aged 9 and 11, and we were hesitant to try Akasha since we’re from Australia and love Asian flavours. We ended up pleasantly surprised. We hope they keep the quality up and wish them the best. Absolutely delicious! 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

You can get away from the city bustle here and just relax. The suites are cosy, with birdsong as the only noise, and there weren’t any mosquitoes. Service was excellent, and there’s Wi-Fi, hot shower water and jacuzzis. I loved the place, and it’s become a must-stop for me whenever I’m in Doradal.

The cabin design is gorgeous, and the place has a beautiful feel that reminded me of Indonesia. Service was excellent too. A few things could use attention, like the sun loungers and some upholstery that aren’t in the best condition, but otherwise everything was great. 👍🏻

The cabins are roomy and pleasant, with a rustic look and a close connection to nature. They have hot water, and the mini-fridge was handy for storing my things. I’d have liked chairs on the cabin terrace, though, since we really needed them. The pool was clean and beautiful, and we got a welcome cocktail. The breakfasts were delicious. There were so many birds to hear in the morning and evening. Gilber, the young man in charge of the kitchen, gave us really helpful recommendations.
