Miradores Del Paraiso

The view is lovely, and the location and terrace are good, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. During my five days, the pool and jacuzzis were never cleaned, even though several people used them. By the last day they were filthy, with bugs and hair everywhere. The terrace needs better cleaning. Service was poor too. One of the men working there was always grumpy and seemed like he was just there to pass the time. There are better places to stay nearby, though this could be a very good one if they improved the cleanliness and staff attitude.

The customer service was TERRIBLE. The receptionist was rude and uncouth, and made a big deal of it when we asked to move rooms because of the damp. The rooms are damp, nothing looks like the pictures, and the facilities are terrible. They know that, but you can’t say anything to them. Don’t waste your money staying here.

The room I got hadn’t been cleaned properly at all. The bathroom was dirty, the linens were dirty, and the towels they gave us even had menstrual blood on them. Service was terrible too. The staff never seemed willing to help or attentive to customers.

The burger was a waste of money. It cost 30k and was mostly bread, with only about two bites of meat. Noise complaints about this hotel are accurate. The facilities were clean, but had a musty smell; the bathrooms had poor ventilation, and the hallway to the room was flooded. One receptionist in particular was terrible, inattentive and rude, like he was just going through the motions. The only good service I got was from the guy at the pool, who was attentive.
