I've stayed here many times. The Lady of the house is welcoming and professional, and they'll bring beverages and snacks if you ask. It's a safe place with the front door always locked. The rooms are small but clean, with chilly AC. It's a quiet hotel on the outskirts of town, next to a local neighborhood, but still not far from the beach.

A good night's stay for a low price.

We came back from dinner with my daughter and were left waiting outside for a long time before anyone opened the door. There were fights happening right in front of us, and we were genuinely scared. We rang the bell for several minutes because we wanted to get inside, but no one let us in. They should staff reception or set closing hours if needed, rather than leave guests stranded outdoors, especially over the holidays when children are with them. The facilities were good, clean, and welcoming, and the people were friendly, so that was a shame.

They were so friendly, and the homemade food was delicious. The rooms are really comfortable. Spectacular, I'll definitely be back.

The breakfast was small but enough, and our stay was comfortable given the city's climate. Service was poor, and they weren't very punctual. They tried their best, or rather, they “struggled,” as we say in rural Colombia. I think things could improve if management took better care of the place.
