It seemed safe, though the residential area around it was a bit dirty. The place was good for resting, with AC, but there were some flies in the room. They seemed to handle the pandemic well. Tours are offered, though we didn’t take one.

The hostel itself was okay, but the three-day tour I booked through them fell far short of what the host had promised. When I came back to ask about it, they wouldn’t take responsibility. I can accept a misunderstanding, but it felt like they’d lied, and then they verbally attacked me and my friend when I asked for an explanation. I really don’t recommend this hostel.

The rooms were clean and had WiFi, a bathroom, and AC. It’s in a safe neighborhood, about five minutes from the beach, and they offer good tours. I took the cabo de la vela- punta gallinas one.
