Hotel Arenas

We were treated really well by the staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a good location, a nice place to relax.

The staff were friendly, and the room had good lighting and air conditioning. It was pretty comfortable, though I found it small. There was no refrigerator, and I didn't need extra pillows. The hotel has a modern style, but there's no elevator.

We had stayed three nights and planned to book two more, but I left after my wife and son were refused breakfast. Breakfast runs from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. My wife got there before nine, but with no tables free, she waited over 20 minutes. At 9:10 someone from the kitchen came out and said service was over, even though she had been waiting for a table. We told reception, but they acted as if nothing had happened and made no effort to put things right. Everything had been going well during our stay, but that treatment made me feel there are other places to consider for better service. Thank you very much.

The only thing that needed attention was the shower piping, since water was leaking from the shower toward the toilet. Otherwise, everything was great, breakfast included, and I'd come back. I stayed for three days after being booked by @cumpliendosuenos. The room was just right for relaxing, and I loved the white blanket. It had air conditioning, a TV, a closet, and a desk. The place felt very safe, the service was friendly, and it's one block from the beach.
