We had a reservation, but first they told us the specific room we’d booked wasn’t available. Then they asked us to reconfirm, and we did. At 4.30pm, just five minutes before we arrived, they messaged to say they’d given our reservation to someone else. There was no apology when we got there, and some websites still showed the hotel as available to book. The place also looked suspicious and didn’t seem as good as the photos. Very dubious, best avoided.

The room was ridiculously small, and for 305,000 pesos a night the TVs weren’t even smart. You could hear absolutely everything through the windows, which really should have been soundproofed. The staff provided excellent service, so I’m giving it 3 stars, but I don’t recommend the place.

We were so comfortable that we stayed an extra night. The hotel is modern and clean, and better than anything else we saw nearby. Breakfast was plentiful, and I’d definitely recommend the coffee. The service was warm and welcoming. The location is the only issue. Lots of cars go by and sometimes honk, so you notice the noise. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, though different windows might help reduce it.

The hotel is small but lovely, clean, and modern while still feeling cozy. It’s less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, and the staff were friendly. The only downside is there’s no elevator. We had an early flight, so we didn’t get a chance to try breakfast.
