I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and very loud. My room felt unkept, cleanliness was below basic expectations, and noise carried constantly. It wasn’t suitable for getting rest or for someone with an early flight. At checkout, I was accused of damage I hadn’t caused. They showed no evidence, no photos or check-in inspection, but pressured me to pay immediately. When I refused, the hotel involved the police and tried to stop me from leaving. With the police there and under significant pressure, I paid to avoid escalation. It felt like payment under duress, not a fair or professional resolution. The front desk agent involved was Wendy, and the situation was handled aggressively rather than transparently. Afterward I found several reviews describing a similar pattern, with guests accused of damage at checkout and pressured to pay, often when they’re about to leave or catch a flight. I’d advise future travelers to take detailed photos and videos of the room at check-in and checkout, avoid staying here if they’re on a tight schedule, and consider another hotel because this one isn’t worth the risk. Between the poor condition and the checkout incident, this was one of my worst hotel experiences. I’d never return.

It’s a small hotel with security, attentive care, and good service, not a motel, even though travelers do stop here to rest. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, plus two shopping malls with good stores and nice places to spend time talking, so the location is excellent. There’s no air conditioning in the rooms, but the cool climate makes up for that. I stayed two nights and would choose this place again if I come back. Simply a good place.

It can get pretty noisy because some nearby bars stay open until midnight, but otherwise it’s quite a nice hotel. I’ve stayed twice in the past year and liked the convenient location near the airport, friendly staff, and good service. It may suit business travelers better than vacationers.

There were so many red flags at check-in that I left because I didn’t want to risk my safety. I’d booked online, but the man at the counter said my selected room wasn’t available and claimed the online payment hadn’t gone through on his end. He wasn’t helpful, suggested I pay him again, and seemed to be trying to separate my friends and me into different rooms. There was also something going on with him charging men to smoke. The beds were dirty, and I hope they buy new comforters with the money they took from me. NOT SAFE FOR WOMEN.
