My stay in Colombia was fantastic, and Mali Experience was a big part of that. Juan was always available and ready to help with anything. The location is amazing, and the rooms are lovely and have everything you need. 10/10, I'd recommend it to anyone.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with plenty of shops, and getting to the airport is easy. I was also really impressed by the service and facilities. Tania helped me and is so good at her job that I'd trust her with my child. I'm even considering renting the place for a year.

Tania was very responsive on WhatsApp, and the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The Llanogrande location is great too. Just know this is a private building that rents out rooms, not a hotel, so there's no reception, and check-in can be a bit of a hassle.

Beautiful, peaceful, and modern. I fell in love with this hotel. It's one of the most incredible places I've stayed in Colombia, and I'll definitely come back on my next vacation.

They cancelled my reservation the day I was supposed to stay. Now I'm stuck waiting with no other options. A really poor experience. Why have a booking system if you just cancel?
