Bonsai Casa Hotel

Great!

The balcony was lovely, with beautiful mountain views, and having a kitchenette with a coffee maker, herbs, coffee, a water dispenser, and a fridge made things handy. There's no stove. The hotel also welcomed our small dog, which many places nearby won't do, so we'd stay again. We were there with family for New Year's Eve and had a great time. It's a simple but comfortable, family-friendly hotel. The owner kindly moved us upstairs after we found a strong damp smell on the first floor. Both of our second-floor rooms were comfortable: one had two double beds, a bathroom, TV, closet, and nightstand. The other was smaller, with two beds, a bathroom, and a little space for clothes. Since it was New Year's Eve, we heard street noise from the room facing the street, though not noise from the main park. The room farther back was quieter. The owner and staff were very kind, and Tamara and Francia were attentive. They even replaced our pillows when we asked.

The hotel is a quiet old house just a block from the park, and the rooms were comfortable. It's a good fit if you're spending most of your time out exploring Salamina. There are no meals, but the town has excellent local restaurants. Booking by phone with the owner was a 10/10. Tamara and Francis were great, sharing thorough tourist information and serving delicious coffee in the morning and afternoon. Good price, great location, and lovely service. Thank you! 👍

It's a budget hotel in an old converted house, with few amenities beyond the rooms. We found it useful as a place to sleep after exploring town and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and ready to help, and having triple rooms worked well for us. Breakfast and parking aren't included. There is a public lot across the street, which took care of our parking problem.
