We really appreciated how attentive and friendly the staff were. They helped us with everything. The room was clean and renovated, and breakfast was delicious. The location is great too, in a quiet area near both the center and the bus terminal. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay and felt so welcome by Joanna, the owner. The rooms were cozy and very clean, and the breakfast was the best we had in South America, just look at my pictures! Casa Boutique Hotel Salento is near the main square but on a nice, quiet street. Muchas gracias!! Highly recommend.

They listed the night on Booking for 20k, then charged me 180k when I arrived. Don’t go there, this was a big professional mistake!

I had a really unpleasant experience. I was put in a room with a connecting door, and they assured me it was locked and nothing to worry about. In the middle of the night, a man unlocked it and came into my room while I was asleep. I woke up and started screaming, and he left. The locks, windows and doors were very simple and felt unsafe, like anyone could get in. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all. Avoid a scare like that.

I expected the included breakfast to be pretty poor, but it turned out to be a warm, delicious, full breakfast. This little boutique hotel is close enough to walk to everything, while far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet from street noise. Such a great place to stay, fully recommend.
