The children were loud, and the young woman at the front desk gave us incredibly poor customer service. The maid was very nice. I wouldn’t stay here.

The staff are so friendly, especially John and Claudia. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. There’s Wi-Fi, laundry service, and hot water too. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a memorable stay in Salento, a magical place with a strong coffee culture.

It’s very close to Salento’s main park. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom was quite large, with hot water.
