The apartments are comfy, the pool is good, and the location is great, close to restaurants, the Jhonny key departure point, grocery stores, and everything else you need. There’s no Wi-Fi connection at all. Still, a great place to stay!

Juan Pio's place was nice and close to everything, with the beach and most other things just a five-minute walk away. But it isn’t actually a three-bedroom place, despite being advertised and priced that way. The island is still recovering from last year’s hurricane and its infrastructure is lacking. With tourism down, prices seem artificially high everywhere, including hotels and Airbnb rentals.
The location is nice, but the Wi-Fi is terrible, around 100 kbps during the day. The AC in apartment 703 works, though it seems a bit weak. The employees are a mixed bag, including one awful receptionist who won’t lift a finger to help.
It’s a nice building, though the elevator is badly designed. It’s also not that close to the nicer beach.
Super!
