La Hermosa had a great atmosphere, and the host was friendly and helpful. My room was clean and nice, and the yard was a lovely place to relax. I had a memorable stay and will come back.

Nestor and Doris were super friendly hosts and helped us with all sorts of things during our five days there. The place was charming, clean, and everything was perfect. We felt warmly welcomed and really enjoyed our stay. I'd go back to their hostel if I visit San Andres again.

The room was pretty, but that was about the only good part. We arrived around 7:30 at night because the taxi that was supposedly waiting for us never showed up. We only slept there that night, then left on Sunday before checkout. I had already told señora dorys we might not stay, but when we said we were leaving, she charged us for an extra night as though we'd stayed. The breakfast was tiny, and the price really wasn't worth it. I wouldn't stay there again.

The place was peaceful and felt very welcoming for families. Beaches, restaurants, and transport are all nearby, and it made a great base for enjoying the island's culture and food. Mrs. Doris and her nieces were so attentive, always ready to help and give us advice as tourists. We had a lovely stay and I'd be happy to come back.
