The owners are a very kind, friendly couple, and the cleaning staff were attentive too. The apartment is small, but the area is protected by the Raizal people and felt very safe. It's peaceful, with no nearby party scene, just the sea and quiet, so it seems well suited to families or anyone looking to unwind. There are a couple of supermarkets nearby with groceries at very good prices. The rooms have air conditioning, and they provide toilet paper, kitchen utensils, drinking water, plus a mop, broom, and bucket if you need to clean. The tap water isn't potable, so they recommend bottled water for anything that touches your mouth, including brushing your teeth. For getting around, there's a bus two blocks away, though it takes forever to show up. A taxi to the city center was 35,000 COP as of December 2025. You can also rent a car for around 300,000 COP per day or take a motorcycle taxi, which is extremely common on the island. Would I come back? Absolutely.

Rocky Cay is nearby, and San Luis Beach is only two blocks away. It felt peaceful here, away from the crowds around Sardina Beach, and buses to the town center or the blowhole came every five minutes. The apartments have all the amenities, and the staff were excellent. A comfortable, quiet option in San Andrés.

San Luis beach is beautiful and about an eight-minute walk away. The apartment had cooking utensils, and they provided a bottle of water since the tap water isn't potable. We arrived early, but the person welcoming us kindly stored our things while the apartment was being cleaned. They'd also contacted me the day I arrived to arrange check-in, and the welcome was warm from the start. Getting to Centro takes about three minutes by bus, though the buses run every 30 minutes and the route operates from 7 am to 8 pm. In 2025, the fare was 5,000 pesos. It's a bit away from the main area, and the one downside was that they tried to charge for everything and could sometimes be aggressive.

The beach, which I think is the prettiest in San Andrés, is only two blocks away, and the grounds are really lovely. The apartment was exactly like the photos they'd sent, very clean and well kept. After our long trip, we arrived to a cool apartment with the air conditioning on. Maybe it was marketing, but it felt like a lovely gesture. Denis and Igris are wonderful. We felt right at home, even more comfortable than at home. The beds are great, the bathroom is beautiful, and the kitchen has what a family needs. There's cable TV too.
