The pool was a real highlight, a lovely little spot with a jacuzzi and a shaded table right in the water. Restaurants, shops, and small grocery stores are nearby, and it’s about a 20-minute walk to the main beach. The guesthouse itself sits on a coastal road, but there’s no beach directly across from it. It’s roughly a 20-minute walk from the airport, or a short, inexpensive taxi ride. Our room in the main house was spacious, with two balconies, including one with a big hammock, and a roomy bathroom. There was air conditioning and a fan, and we could use the kitchen. Bottled water was available and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was simple but enough. As is common on the island, there wasn’t running hot water, and the tap water tasted a little salty. There’s no reception desk, so arrange your arrival time ahead of time unless you’re coming around breakfast, when someone is usually there. I’d definitely stay again.

The small size of the place gave it a familiar feel, and the staff looked after us well, helping with transport, activity bookings, and recommendations. Our stay was lovely, with the ocean right in front and greenery all around. Breakfast was freshly made each morning, and the pool was a good size. The cats and dogs kept us company, too. Highly recommend it ☺️

We rented bikes to explore the island, and the owners were happy to help us arrange them. The location is handy, with a supermarket about five minutes away on foot and the city center, restaurants, beaches, and shops around a 10-15 minute walk away. The sea is right in front of the house, and we didn’t hear much airport noise. It’s a peaceful area with a well-kept, quiet garden and a very clean pool. The people running the place were lovely and available whenever we needed help. Breakfast was included and delicious. Highly recommended, we’ll be back :)

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious with a bit of variety. We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed it. Our room was good, with a nice balcony, and there’s a large shared porch. The pool sits in a garden with chairs and sun loungers. I’d absolutely recommend this place!

It’s about a comfortable 15-20 minute walk from the busy, noisy main beach area, which felt like just the right distance. The rooms are very comfortable, breakfast is awesome, and the pool is a great extra that you don’t often find at similar posadas. Such a great place to stay on San Andrés Island. Highly recommend it!
