The air conditioning is new and almost too powerful, and the Wi-Fi is fast. It’s fairly close to everything in town, though most places are. The room was small, the hotel had no facilities, and they gave us just one towel. The sheet had lots of bits on it, as if it had been washed with a napkin or something. Customer service made it seem like we were a huge bother. It’s okay if you get a food deal, but I’d choose something else if you can spend a few more bucks.

The worst experience of my life. The service was extremely poor, there were no sheets, the staff were lazy, and the place was bad. On top of that, when I arrived they had changed the location and the picture of the facade, so I struggled to find it. The TV didn’t work either.

Really bad experience. I was first put in a room with no window, and in five days there was only one room service. I got just one towel, and the staff were extremely lazy.

The receptionists were generous and attentive, and the hotel is conveniently near the airport, about 20,000 pesos by transport. Our six-person room was cozy, with air conditioning and even a mini-fridge that was handy for drinks. We stayed just one night, using it as a base to explore nearby areas. It suits people who want to spend the day touring the island and come back to somewhere comfortable at night. I’d rate it a little higher if the Wi-Fi worked, though that wasn’t the main thing for us.
