Caribbean Apartments

The room was horrible. Water leaked in the toilets, and there were gaps in the walls that opened directly onto a busy street, so I could hardly rest. Staff refused to change rooms, saying it wasn’t the “check-out period”.

What stayed with me was how the hotel handled a difficult situation. A serious incident happened in my room, and the response afterward did not feel empathetic, careful, or focused on helping me. It left me feeling uneasy about both the service and the safety procedures. A hotel’s hospitality shows in how it supports guests when something goes wrong, as well as in its facilities. I hope they take this as a chance to improve guest safety and the experience they provide.

The rooms were lovely and clean, and being able to leave our luggage there meant we didn’t have to manage our suitcases before going to the airport. The woman who helped us was very kind, and the guy at the Tone bar was friendly too. They initially said we’d have to pay to use the terrace at the Cove, but they got it sorted out in the end. We had a really good time and I’d travel with them again. Highly recommend! ⭐💖💖

The rooms feel almost brand new, and the hotel’s facilities are modern. There aren’t any elevators, but the staff were helpful throughout. The service, breakfast, and cleanliness were all excellent. I’d definitely recommend it.
