It’s been almost a year since I stayed here, and I still think of it as one of the best places I’ve stayed on a trip. Nothing fancy, just really comfortable, with a nice pool. The owners were SUCH lovely people and communicated so well. 100% recommended.

The balcony rooms are especially nice, roomy, cool, and quiet. I loved hearing the birds at sunrise each morning. Carolina and her mother were incredibly attentive and available whenever guests needed something. The place is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by nature that helps keep the heat down, and the pool is spectacular. 10/10.

The room was clean, the beds were really comfortable, and everything felt quiet and cozy. There’s a store right on the corner, too. Carolina and her mom were always ready to help, whatever the time. I loved our stay and highly recommend it. Hope to return soon!

They demanded a non-refundable 20% surcharge through Booking.com and said the booking would be cancelled immediately. That seems potentially like a scam and gives me no confidence. They say Booking.com requires this, but the charge doesn’t appear there. I’ve contacted Booking.com already. If the payment is fully refundable, THEY CAN'T DO IT, AND BOOKING.COM DOESN'T ALLOW IT.

My October 23-26 weekend stay was disappointing. The AC worked for just one of the three nights. I had to use a fan on the other two, and that one broke on the second night. They brought an old replacement that barely moved any air. I told Carolina I wasn’t happy, and she didn’t take it well. In the end, she had to get another fan from a neighbor. This time, I can’t say the accommodation was a good experience.
