We found it pleasant and family-friendly, and the location was excellent, right downtown and about a block and a half from one of San Andrés’ main beaches. There are several restaurants in the inn’s center area. Our room was clean and got cleaned every day, and it had air conditioning and a refrigerator. There was one occasion when we noticed a sewage smell, though that’s a common issue on the island.

The location is excellent, but we had a bad welcome from the owners. We had booked through Booking and given the inn all the credit card details to charge the deposit. They never charged it, then said we didn’t have a reservation because we hadn’t paid, even though it was their failure to collect the payment. It’s really unpleasant to cross an ocean only to be told your booking doesn’t exist when the app says everything is confirmed. In the end, they had a room available, so we stayed there after all.

I was in San Andrés for a swimming competition, and this turned out to be a very good place to stay. You can walk from the airport in under 15 minutes when the sun is out 🙂🌞, and I found the location one of the best. You enter through a shopping center, with the rooms, named after countries, set in its food court alongside two restaurants and tables. They’re like mini-apartments. Some have a small kitchenette, and all have a refrigerator. There are several beds, though I was on my own, and the price depends on how many people are staying. My room was cleaned daily. It was spotless when I arrived, and the facilities were generally well kept, including the bathroom and refrigerator, where you especially want things to be free of traces of use or contamination. The air conditioning was well set and kept the room cool in San Andrés’ climate. Check-in is at 3 pm and checkout at 1 pm. They easily gave me a room when I arrived before check-in, though I imagine the rules are stricter in peak season. Thanks for a comfortable, convenient, and safe stay. #LetsGuide

The room was spacious, the location was good, and the air conditioning worked really well. The trouble was the shower water, which smelled very bad. I noticed the same smell in the restaurant area. After using that water to shower for seven days, I came down with gastroenteritis that lasted around 15 days.
