Breakfast was great, and the place is simple, quiet, and family-friendly. It’s well located too. The shower only has cold water, though SAI is hot enough that it was okay. They turn the water off at night, so plan around that.

Paulina, the manager, was especially kind and ready to help. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and dinner is available from a daily menu for an extra charge, though it’s optional. We booked several tours through the agency working directly with the hotel, which made things easier. The pontoon boat sunrise, aquarium, Johnny Cay, and scuba diving all went as promised. When parasailing was canceled because of boat maintenance, they refunded us within 48 hours without any trouble. The hotel matched the photos, with a comfortable room, a very good bed, and impeccable cleanliness. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the airport, with motorcycle taxis at around $5,000 COP per person and regular taxis that cost more. After 9 pm the area gets deserted, so we recommend taking public transportation then. We’d definitely recommend staying here 💪🏻

We spent 15 days here and had excellent service. The food was plentiful and delicious, and the room was really comfortable. The main beach is about a 10-minute walk away. We’ll definitely come back!

The menu could use a little more variety, but that’s my only suggestion. Everything else about our stay was lovely, especially the cleanliness, which was 20/10. The service and willingness to help were always excellent. Thanks, we’ll be back!

Paulina looked after us so well from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, and the half-board meals were all fantastic, whether pasta or hamburgers. My partner and I highly recommend Ecohotel Palma e Coco!
