Being only 3 minutes from the most beautiful beach in San Andres was a lovely bonus, but what made our stay was Doña Dula. She looked after my partner and me with so much care, like we were her own children, and was always there if we needed help. We spent time with her daughter and granddaughter and shared wine with other couples staying there. The place felt full of life and like home. Breakfast was delicious, especially the arepas, and the tea was great. We could cook our own meals too. Everything was spotless, and the air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly. I wish I could give it 10 stars. Thank you so much 💞🐠🐡🐟🪸

Dula and Frankie made this feel like a real local stay, and I was comfortable there while still having enough privacy to do my own thing. The room was clean and the property matched what was advertised. It’s in a peaceful spot, a friendly place to unwind while exploring the island. I’d happily recommend it.

The family were so welcoming, and everything was clean. The best beach on San Andres is practically right next door!

We could catch a bus on the main road to get around the island, and both the supermarket and beach were close by. We spent 3 nights at Escalona place and loved it. It had that cozy, staying-at-your-grandparents feeling.

We were just a short walk from the island’s nicest beach, and breakfast in the lovely garden was a great start to each day. The host couple were so warm and welcoming.
