We loved the patio and pool at Hostal Marlyn, and the shared kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. Clara, her husband, and the cleaning staff all treated us really well. The rooms were very comfortable too, in a lovely old-style house that's been turned into a hotel. It's about a three-minute walk to the beach and roughly ten minutes to central San Andres. We had a great stay and will definitely return when we're back on the island.

The pool is lovely and quiet, and the staff are very friendly. We also liked having an outdoor kitchen with everything needed to cook. Our room had air conditioning, a fridge, and daily cleaning. It feels more like a hotel than a hostel. It's a quiet, relaxing spot, with no party crowd, which we appreciated. The center is around a 15-minute walk away and the harbor about 30 minutes on foot. We were very happy with our stay ❤️

We liked it enough to stay a second time when we came back from Providencia. The owner gave us a warm welcome and shared information about things to do around the island. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold in the tropical heat. It's a short walk to the main beach, around five minutes by car from the airport, and a peaceful little break from the noisy tourist area. Highly recommend it!

The owner was organized and helpful with everything, and there's a laundry service. On checkout day we left our bags safely at the owner's office and could shower before heading to the airport, which is within walking distance. We had a spacious room with an extra bed and a complimentary bottle of water. The staff were friendly, and for the island it was good value. It's well placed for the airport, beach, and city center. I'd recommend staying here in San Andrès.

Very clean rooms to a high standard. Handy if you're stopping over for a night on the way to or from Providencia, with a nice shower and the airport close by. The town center is just a few minutes away on foot.
