Staff were professional, helpful, and willing to give information. But the facilities need work. The pool looked neglected, dirty, empty, and uninviting, nothing like the photos. The rooms were fine, while the bathrooms, especially the showers, were quite dirty. Towels and sheets were old, the towels weren’t changed during my stay, and the hygiene overall could be much better. For getting around, the San Luis beaches are a seven-minute drive or motorcycle ride, or about 40 minutes on foot. There aren’t places to eat nearby, though a man sells fried food outside in the mornings, and his fish empanadas are very good. The bus passes the hotel about every 20 minutes and takes around 40 minutes to reach downtown. If you head left from the hotel to the main road, there’s a viewpoint where you can watch the sunset.

A água do chuveiro não era quente, mas não nos incomodou. Faz muito calor e acabei até gostando. A pousada fica longe do centro, só que o ônibus passa na porta, e adorei andar de ônibus por lá. O lugar é lindo, acolhedor e muito gostoso, do jeito que eu gosto. A piscina de pedra é linda e tirei várias fotos. Gostei muito do pessoal, que foi atencioso e prestativo, deu dicas e nos ajudou bastante com indicações de lugares para comer e passeios.

It’s an easy three-minute walk to each beach, and San Luis beach is seven minutes on foot. If you’d rather skip a taxi, public transportation passes right outside the hotel, so catching a bus is easy. The pool and social area are fantastic, and the staff are friendly with excellent service. Breakfast and dinner are included, though you can cook if you prefer. A great place to share with your partner or family, highly recommended!

It’s close enough to walk to the best beaches in San Luis, and the place feels very safe. Quiet, beautiful, and clean, with comfortable rooms. Highly recommended for relaxing.
