Hotel Tres Casitas

We had a wonderful stay there six years ago. Everything was beautiful, and the staff were so attentive. It's such a shame the hotel closed. Poor management must be what brought it down.

The location is right in the center, with everything you need just outside, and the rooms are spacious. I liked how it felt like a cabin and wasn't too crowded. The cabins could use updates and aren't in top condition, but what I loved most was that some of them sit right over the sea, even if they're not in the best shape. I liked it. August 2022

Our cabin needed remodeling and was quite run-down. The facilities need maintenance too. They advertise an open bar from 2 pm to 10 pm, but sometimes don't stick to those hours. The beer wasn't cold, and the cocktails were just okay, though fair for the price. The food was generally fine. Customer service needs work except for one person, though that seems to be a common problem across the island.

The location is very good, but the hotel has structural problems: the facilities are almost ruined and rusty all over, the pool finishes are only in average condition, and the dock is falling apart. The reception, dining room, manager and other hotel staff were kind and friendly. The Alianza Group employees and the bartender, on the other hand, were rude and unprofessional. I hope they improve all of this.
