We paid £460 for three nights in this apartment. The video shows how dirty it was, including the walls and doors. The lights didn’t work, and there were holes in the walls. It’s not fit for anyone to stay in and needs a major refurbishment. There’s too much else to list, so check the video.

Our apartment was comfortable, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. We stayed five days as a family, and Yaqueline was an exceptionally kind host. She guided us throughout and shared recommendations that helped us make the most of our vacation in San Andrés. We’d gladly return and highly recommend the place.

We had a great weekend with the family. The place and pool were lovely, and the location was excellent. The weak point was the Wi-Fi: it only worked in the hallway, not in the rooms. I’d suggest adding a repeater on the second floor.

It’s about 2 km from the beach, but buses go there and back often. The breakfasts were delicious, the place was very clean, and the service was wonderful. We’re very grateful to Mrs. Jakceline and her family for looking after us.
