We asked the owner about laundry when we arrived, and he said it would be ready in 24 hours. We handed it over that night and explained it was urgent, and that we'd appreciate it if it could be done sooner. Around noon we asked whether it was ready, and he responded aggressively that he'd said 24 hours. That night he told us a power problem at the laundry service had delayed it another day. I asked why he hadn't told us when we first checked, since we could have found another laundry. He angrily said he was doing us a favor and started swearing in Spanish. The service was bad, there's no shared kitchen, and it wasn't clean. The location is the only good part, and you can find better, cheaper hostels.

Don't trust them. We booked, but the place was completely full, so we had to find somewhere else in the middle of the night. We were exhausted and carrying heavy luggage, and all the nearby Hostal were full. It happened to everyone who had booked, including a couple with a small child.

It's no five-star hotel, but it's reasonably priced and well kept. The service keeps the rooms and hostel very clean. Private bathrooms are available, and it's centrally located for getting to everything the island has to offer.

The owner was really nice, and the rooms were clean. The bath water was cold, though, and the WiFi didn't work. It's very close to the center, about a five-minute walk.

The area is good, with the beach, shops and airport all within walking distance. Service was good, but the WiFi was weak and the price felt a bit high. Fine for a stay of a few days.
