Everything was amazing.

Lovely.

The airport and shopping are both nearby, so the location was good for those. There are several kinds of rooms, though, and you may not get the one you expected. I booked because I wanted a nice balcony to sit on, but my room didn't have one, and there wasn't anywhere else outdoors to sit. That was disappointing.

The room on the fourth floor was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Rooms on the first floor seemed a little damp. Each room has a kitchenette, handy for making breakfast or dinner, and housekeeping comes daily. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location made getting around easy: it's near the beach and downtown San Andrés, and you can even walk there from the airport. There's also a 24-hour store across the street. Wi-Fi was a real weak point, though; the signal barely worked, including on the first floor. The person who handled our reservation was very helpful, recommended tours and mule rentals, and arranged discounts on tours and the vehicle for driving around the island because we stayed there.
