After a long day of travel, I had to find somewhere else to stay. No one contacted me once the booking was confirmed, and when I reached San Andrés I couldn't locate the place. I asked locals for help and we kept calling, but nobody picked up. I was out at night with my big bags, searching for it. They eventually called back after we'd tried many times, only to say they no longer ran the business and didn't know why it was still listed on Booking.com. Don't book here.

For 50 mil, the room is tiny, the beds are awful, and the value is among the worst I've seen. They have air conditioning but don't switch it on until 10. When I went to ask at 10, they said the owner was at a party and nobody knew where the remote was.

From the moment we arrived, Miss Luz made us feel welcome, and we felt at home throughout the stay. Thanks to Miss Luz and Nelson (I hope I've got his name right) for being so attentive and caring. Saludos de Brasil 🇧🇷

It's a basic Posada two blocks from the port, with low prices and helpful staff. But it was dirty and the Internet was terrible. Bikes are available to rent for 35,000 COP a day.

The facilities are adequate and the place is tidy, though I didn't find the staff especially friendly. The whole family lives there, with children running around everywhere. I'd recommend it, but with reservations...
