The rooms and showers are both on the small side, which is the one thing keeping this place from being superb. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. The staff were spectacular, clearly cared about us, and worked hard to make our stay a great experience. The room appointments were excellent, and the food and drinks were brilliant. I'd book here again.

Every room is just a few feet from the beach, and the service and location are great. Breakfast is included, freshly made to order, and the bar and restaurant both face the beach. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but paid as guests to use the beach area. We'd been trying other hotels in the previous days and were really let down by the service, especially next door at Cocoplum. Here, the service was a huge difference: prompt, professional, and very friendly. The beach facilities were much better too, with clean areas, nice loungers, and cushions provided. Javier, who runs the area, was amazing and went out of his way to make sure we were happy and looked after. The rest of the team were just as friendly and capable. They clean the beach every morning, unlike the other hotels we tried. The food was spectacular as well. We wish we'd found this place sooner, but spent the rest of our holiday here after discovering it. We used the beach for three days in a row, and the team treated us so well as outside guests. I can't recommend it enough. If you're thinking of staying at the hotel, it's definitely your best choice. This is the island's best beach for sure, with the best facilities and service right here.

The view and the reception team were 10/10, especially Giset, and the waitress was really friendly. Still, the rest of the stay was uncomfortable, and the price felt like a five-star rate without the experience to match. We ran out of toilet paper and soap, which are basics. The kitchen staff were also talking loudly and hammering at something very early, waking guests. Other guests opened our room doors and woke us up. I know it’s an open space, but a rope or some other privacy marker might help people avoid confusing the rooms with the toilets. The private beach is beautiful and the location is great. But they take the mats off the sunbeds very early, even though guests may still want to relax by the sea with drinks from the bar beside them. They should leave the mats until the bar closes. They charge for coffee, a razor, and even a dental kit at checkout, despite charging a lot for the hotel.
