It’s on the quieter side of the island, but you can get around everywhere within minutes. The views and beautiful rooms made us feel great, and the team looked after us well. The food could use a little work, though, since the menu gets boring after the first two days.

The property itself is stunning, and the rooms are beautifully finished. It feels like a little oasis in the middle of Thailand. We were told at the airport that it’s the newest property in San Andres, and that seemed to show. They left us a nice tray of snacks and mini bottles of alcohol free of charge. Staff were helpful and proactive, arranging airport transport and bringing things like bug spray. Golf carts are available to rent onsite. We paid 220k for a half day. We ate dinner at the hotel both nights, and the food was delicious and reasonably priced: sandwiches and burgers were 40-50k, while main dishes other than lobster were 70-80k. If we return to San Andres, we’ll absolutely stay here again.

The setting is beautiful, right by the sea, with a lovely, well-kept garden. We saw the gardener tending the plants every day. We stayed four nights in a sea-view suite. It was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable king bed. The one downside was the heat from the sun. There’s AC, but we had to run it on turbo to cool the room, and it still took a while. The shower and towels were good. Service was excellent. Naija and Daniela took great care of us, and the team was always ready to help. There’s Nespresso coffee and complimentary water at reception 24 hours a day. You can rent a buggy or motorbike at the hotel, at good prices compared with downtown. They also drove us to the airport in a very new, comfortable car. The restaurant served à la carte breakfast, with your choice of dish and unlimited coffee and orange juice. I brought gluten-free bread, and they made a special plate for me. We also had lunch and dinner there several times, including sea bass, salmon, meat, and burgers. Everything was very good, and they happily made the changes we requested to some dishes. There were two power cuts during our stay. The first night it took an hour for the power to return, and the second time it came back in under 30 minutes. They said this is something that happens normally. Wonderful for couples!

The bed was wonderful, and it’s a peaceful spot that’s great for unwinding by the pool. Even though it’s on the other side of the island, getting to the town center or the beaches is easy. A beautiful hotel with wonderful service.
