Getting around means taking a bus, taxi, or mula, but it’s really not a big deal. This is such a cute, restful place, with consistently clean rooms and a lovely pool. The staff were amazing and treated us with so much kindness. Breakfast was delicious too. I’m especially grateful that the staff helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my boyfriend. We got to meet plenty of them, along with one of the owners, and everyone was so nice. I’d really recommend staying here in San Andres, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

Having visited San Andres many times, I can say this was my best stay on the island. The place was spotless, and the staff service was especially great. Jonathan was attentive and professional, so we’ll definitely book here every time.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel, and the staff were kind. Update: We did get food poisoning, and we think it may have come from the hotel.

The quiet atmosphere and lovely, refreshing pool made this a great place to unwind. My children especially loved swimming there. The hotel is a bit out from the city center, so you need to rent a buggy for the trip, but that worked fine for us. Breakfast had plenty of variety and didn’t feel repetitive. Staff were friendly and approachable from day one, and they listened and acted quickly whenever we offered a suggestion. There were a few small mistakes, but they were fixed promptly. Our room wasn’t cleaned the first day, but once we mentioned it, they sorted it right away. After that, cleaning was impeccable, with fresh sheets and towels and everything in order. We had a wonderful time and were very happy with our stay at Hotel Estaba. I highly recommend it.
