The peaceful setting and especially attentive, lovely staff made this a great experience. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The power cut in the area on our second day left us without water or internet, and the heat in the glamping tent became unbearable. We ended up leaving at 9 am without even taking a shower, though checkout wasn't until 1 pm. No one offered a fix or a price reduction despite the services we couldn't use. Even paying was a hassle since we had no internet for transfers. The first day, the air conditioning had only worked on and off. The property itself is peaceful and attractive, with well-designed, very photogenic buildings right on the beach, but our experience was poor and I can't recommend it after what happened.

If you're looking for a quieter spot away from the usual crowds, this place has what you need, and it's still on the Caribbean. The beaches aren't always busy, and the setting in San Bernardo del Viento is genuinely peaceful. Rooms are nice, food and service are superb, everyone is friendly, and prices are good. A great place to properly unwind.
